Katharine Belsham

Katharine is the Corporate Strategy Director, a role which involves researching and implementing strategic growth opportunities. Prior to assuming this role, Katharine was an Investment Director and spent the previous six years investing in LBOs across Continental Europe.  Her transactions include Pets at Home, Jane Norman, TeamSystems and Welzorg.  Katharine is a modern languages graduate from Durham and started her financial career with Lloyds TSB in their corporate banking department before joining NatWest Acquisition Finance.

In 2004, Katharine managed to escape ICG for three months to backpack around SE Asia and Australasia with her husband.  Her ambition is to undertake a similar trip around South America but she thinks that she has a few years of hard work in front of her before she will be able to realise it!
