Overview
Background: A-Com is one of the Sweden’s leading market communications and internet consulting groups. In 1998, ICG underwrote finance for the recapitalisation of the group, and took an equity participation.
ICG provided a mezzanine loan for recapitalisation finance to support CVC.
In 1999 the company floated on the Swedish Stock Exchange.
