Overview
Aster City Cable is a leading provider of cable television, internet and fixed line telephone services in Poland. It benefits from a very stable core customer base to whom it is broadening its product range. ICG provided mezzanine finance and equity to support the secondary buyout led by Mid Europa Partners. In 2007 ICG participated in the recapitalisation.
