ICG undertakes the fund management role through Intermediate Capital Managers Limited ("ICML")
- ICML is one of Europe's leading non-investment grade fund managers;
- ICG has been managing funds for third parties since 1994;
- ICG has provided mezzanine in support of all leading European private equity sponsors. As a result it is uniquely positioned to gain access to this market for its fund management clients;
- ICML launched and manages Europe's first collateralised debt obligation (CDO), Eurocredit CDO I, investing in a diverse portfolio of senior debt, mezzanine and high yield investments;
- ICML launched and managed the first European arbitrage CDO, Eurocredit Opportunities Fund, in addition to seven other CDO's and a number of Institutional Mandates;
- ICML has successfully raised Europe's largest independent mezzanine fund (€2.15bn) investing in mezzanine opportunities throughout Europe.
